It's about a 10-15 minute walk from Waverly Station, but it has many amenities such as internet, laundry, great kitchen, common room, fabulous/fun staff, and much more...I stayed there in August 2007 for the Edinburgh International Fringe Festival...The walking distance to the Royal Mile is not bad. There are plenty of pubs and shopping within walking distance. Corner
